portion of the lot may be let or disposed of for

any purpose whatsoever.

(g). A new temple and a public dispensary to be built

to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works

within 2 years of the date mentioned in (a).

(h). The sum of 830 to be paid into the Treasury on

demand for boundary stones which will be fixed by

the Director of Public Works.

(i). The sum of $30 to be paid on demand to the Land

Officer for preparation of the Crown Lease.
